Tip Toe will explore the most corrosive forces facing the LGBTQ+ community today, examining the danger as prejudice creeps back into our lives. Problems we thought were long-gone are returning, toughened and weaponised, until no one knows truth from lies any more.

Season 1, Episode 01
Drama written by Russell T Davies, about a bar owner in Manchester’s gay village who becomes embroiled in a feud with his long-standing neighbour. Leo fights to defend the safety of one of his bar staff, while his next-door neighbour Clive is searching for work, and realises Leo might be the answer to all of his problems.

Season 1, Episode 02
Leo suspects someone has been inside his house, and when he has dinner with his ex, Curtis, all his old fears rise up. Clive starts work on Leo’s bar on Canal Street. But when he gets assistance from his son, Saul, who gets recognised, it sets into motion a series of events that lead to a shocking conclusion.

Season 1, Episode 03
The chance of a romance leads Clive to confess all his secrets. But then his war with Leo escalates out of control. Clive’s fury won’t be stopped, and the danger to Leo gets closer…

Season 1, Episode 04
Clive and Leo go face-to-face on a night of terror, while George embarks on an adventure that will have terrible consequences.

Season 1, Episode 05
The war between Leo and Clive reaches a shocking climax. Clive’s house becomes a tinderbox of raw emotion as George’s secrets spread across town, and even Saul can’t stop the onslaught of anger. Zee desperately tries to help, but Leo does exactly the wrong thing as violence explodes on Calico Road and everyone’s lives are changed forever.
