Mayor of Kingstown is set in a small Michigan town where the only industry remaining are federal, state, and private prisons, the story follows the McLusky family, the power brokers between the police, criminals, inmates, prison guards and politicians, in a city completely dependent on prisons and the prisoners they contain. It is a stark and brutal look at the business of incarceration.

Season 04, Episode 01 – “Coming ‘Round the Mountain”
Mike works every angle to protect his brother while contending with new forces in Kingstown; Kyle accepts his fate, Evelyn sets her sights on Ian and Bunny allows himself to imagine a different future.

Season 04, Episode 02 – “Promises to Keep”
Mike sends the prison a message and considers an offer from a Detroit legend; Kyle struggles to adjust to his new reality as Ian finds himself in Evelyn’s crosshairs.

Season 4, Episode 03 – “People Who Died”
Mike and Ian discover a coverup that leads to an unexpected source. Moses shows Bunny the ropes, Kyle wrestles with his newfound futility and as the cartel threat grows, Mike enlists help to snuff it out at its source.

Season 4, Episode 04 – “Sins of Omission”
Confronted with the cartel’s unexpected strength, Mike’s orders weave their way through the prison; Evelyn’s continued probe puts her in danger; Mike grows closer to a new C.O. while putting an old friend on notice.

Season 4, Episode 05 – “Damned”
New dangers threaten Mike’s family as Callahan comes back into focus; Mike goes toe-to-toe with Hobbs as Ian goes to great lengths to sabotage Evelyn’s case against him.

Season 4, Episode 06 – “Brother, Can You Spare a Dime?”
The cartel war reaches new heights when a deadly attack reverberates through town; Mike makes a bargain with the devil to save his brother.
